Admission Steps

 Step 1 - Take the Prospect along with Admission/Registration Form from the school office by paying an amount of Rs.500/- only.

 Step 2 - Read the Admission/Registration Form carefully before filling it.

 Step 3 - Fill in the Application Form for the class in which admission is sought (meeting the eligibility criterion for admission into the classes is mandatory)

 Step 4 Important - Incomplete application form will not be accepted.

 Step 5 - Duly filled in application form is to be submitted to the office of the school along with the following documents:

 Birth Certificate (attested)

 School leaving Certificate (TC Original)

 Report Card (Photocopy)

 6 nos. of colour passport size photo of the student with name of the student written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).

 2 nos. of colour passport size photo of each parent with name & relationship written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).

 Photo copies of Aadhar Card (self – attested) of student and the parents

 In case of single parent, legal document certifying the same

 Copies of Passport/ VISA (only for foreign and NRI students)

 Medical record / Certificate (Should be provided before the first day of the school)

 Immunisation Certificate

 Parents undertaking form (attached along with the form)

 Transportation Form (as applicable)

 Caste Certificate ( if any)

  Cash Payment : Can be made only to the Accountant Cashier of the school. Take the Receipt.

  DD/Cheque Payment : Should be drawn in favour of S K INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL.

  Online Payment : For the online Transfer (NEFT), please take account details from school office.
